We process the e-mails you send us in order to answer the enquiry. Optional cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) run only after you choose Accept in the notice. The site works without those services. There are no user accounts.

Transfers to the USA. We use service providers established in the USA (Vercel Inc.). By Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 the European Commission found that companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) provide an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR); the providers named state that they are certified. In addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) in the respective data-processing agreements apply. Details on request at info@vaet.sk.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An e-mail to info@vaet.sk is enough for any request.

You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Your choice is cleared, the notice reappears and the optional services stop. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk); if you live in Austria you may also contact the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (DSB) (dsb.gv.at).

No data protection officer has been appointed; for privacy matters an e-mail to info@vaet.sk is enough.

The service is not directed at children under 16.
